It was 53 degrees when I woke up this morning, and I loved the chill in the air. The only problem is I WANT to be back home with my family to enjoy the fall weather, and not stuck in this city having to work inside and not enjoy it. I WANT to go for a walk in the woods. To go fishing. To roast marshmallows over a fire pit. To go camping.

This morning I had a doctors appointment. I got there early, was called to the back immediately, then had to sit in the exam room forever, waiting on the doctor to come poke my tummy. I WANT to know why I have to keep going so often and all I ever do is pee in a cup and go go in so my doctor can poke my tummy and measure it with the tape measure he keeps in his pocket.

This morning I got up and was reading about a boy who found a pink grasshopper. Earlier this week I was reading about a new species of rat, a Giant Wooly Rat, that had been discovered. Then I read that a lady in China found a Snake with a foot! So many interesting discoveries! I WANT to discover some odd creature too!

Lately my husband has been watching a lot of Smallville episodes, because he bought the box set, and thats all he'll watch until he finishes it. I'm not really a big superman fan, and even less of a "teen drama that wont die" fan. I WANT for him to be done watching it and move on to something else.

I woke up around 5:30 this morning unable to go back to sleep. Now I'm sitting awake, hungry and thirsty, waiting on it to be time to go to the doctor at 8:30. He told me no food or drink after midnight last night until after my glucose test today. I WANT a cup of coffee and a sausage biscuit right now!
